About the Role
- We are seeking a structured and performance-driven HR Manager to design, implement, and manage people systems that directly support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and workforce discipline within a fast-paced real estate business.
- This role goes beyond administration — it requires building a measurable HR engine that aligns recruitment, performance, and workforce management with sales outcomes and organizational targets.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for sales, marketing, and operations roles
- Maintain a strong pipeline of pre-qualified candidates, especially for revenue-generating positions
- Reduce time-to-hire while improving quality-of-hire metrics
- Performance Management & Accountability Systems
- Design and implement KPI frameworks across departments (especially sales and customer-facing teams)
- Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance tracking and reporting
- Embed a culture of accountability through structured reviews and measurable outcome.
Training & Capability Development:
- Develop onboarding programs tailored to real estate operations and sales conversion
- Conduct continuous training on client management, closing techniques, and service delivery
- Track training effectiveness and link it to performance improvements.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee employee records, contracts, attendance, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
- Manage disciplinary processes and conflict resolution with professionalism and structure.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Design initiatives to improve staff motivation, retention, and productivity
- Implement structured feedback systems and engagement programs
- Align compensation, incentives, and benefits with performance outputs.
Organizational Development:
- Support management in structuring teams for efficiency and scalability
- Advise on workforce optimization, role clarity, and reporting lines
- Drive culture alignment with company vision and performance expectations.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s / Master`s Degree with 3 - 5 years of experience.
