Summary

  • Tamrose Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Crewing Operations Intern to join our Supply Chain & Marine Operations team.
  • Are you passionate about the maritime industry and looking to build a career in crew management and offshore operations?

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Crewing Operations team.
  • Coordinate medicals, training, visas, and travel arrangements for personnel.
  • Support crew mobilization and demobilization activities.
  • Assist in maintaining crew records, certifications, and documentation.
  • Monitor certificate validity and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with crew members, vessel management, and service providers to ensure seamless crew logistics.
  • Prepare crewing reports and maintain accurate databases.

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • 0 - 2 years' experience (NYSC members or recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in the marine, offshore, or oil & gas industry is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
