Job Position: HR Executive

Job Summary

• As the HR Executive, you will support and manage key human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support HR documentation and administrative processes.
• Support employee relations, performance management, training, and staff engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and provide support on workforce planning and other HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR generalist or other HR functions.
• Good knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and labour regulations.
• CIPM certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in modern HR platforms.

Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 Net monthly.
