Role Overview

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions and escalate issues where necessary
  • Support basic administrative and customer service operations.

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or BSc qualification
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer care, sales, or an administrative role
  • Not more than 35 years old
  • Must reside around Marina CMS, Lagos Island (e.g., Obalende, CMS, Ebute Metta, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
