We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Assistant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Work Mode: Monday – Friday, with Saturdays required during client fittings, peak periods, and special appointments

Requirements

• Female with a professional, confident, and customer-focused personality.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in fashion, bridal, luxury retail, beauty, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage clients with professionalism.
• Passionate about delivering a premium customer experience in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
