We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Client Expererience Executive

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Developing strategies to raise the customer pool, expand outlet traffic, and optimise profitability.
• Meeting the outlet’s goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Maintain the condition of outstanding outlets and visual merchandising standards.
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (e.g., complaints, grievances).
• Participate in the development of new product marketing strategies for existing/ potential customers.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• Proven successful experience as a retail Sales rep, Store Supervisor, Marketing Executive, Customer Experience, or a similar role.
• Leading skills and business orientation.
• Customer management skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, as well as CRM software.
