About the Role

• Neulogic Solutions Limited is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and tech-driven Graduate Trainee Intern to join our Infrastructure Team.This opportunity is designed for a recent graduate who is eager to build a career in IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, and cloud technologies.
• The successful candidate will receive practical training and hands-on experience working with experienced professionals while developing the technical and professional skills required for a career in IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Infrastructure Team with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
• Support basic troubleshooting of software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Learn and support network administration,
• Assist with user account management, system updates, software installations, and access control.
• Participate in routine system maintenance, data backup, and recovery activities.
• Support cloud infrastructure operations and learn about platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Document technical issues, support activities, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
• Carry out other infrastructure-related tasks assigned by the team lead or supervisor.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A recent graduate with a degree or HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A genuine interest in IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, and cloud computing.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems; knowledge of Linux is an added advantage.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work effectively in a team.
• Ability to follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and demonstrate a professional attitude.
• Previous work experience is not mandatory.
• Relevant personal projects, coursework, IT certifications, or practical training will be an added advantage.
