Key Responsibilities Required

• Ability to oversee HR and Administrative operations at the Head Office and coordinate HR and Admin Officers across subsidiary companies.
• Ability to manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, disciplinary actions, termination and staff welfare.
• Ability to oversee payroll administration, salary processing, employee records and other HR-related matters.
• Ability to manage performance appraisal processes, review performance reports and facilitate management approvals.
• Ability to ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, statutory regulations and organisational HR policies.
• Ability to provide professional HR and administrative advice to management, supporting effective people management and organisational decisions.
• Ability to administer and manage HR functions using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Competency Requirements

• B.Sc. in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
• Professional membership or registration with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM/NIPM).
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in HR and Administrative management processes.
• Proficiency in the administration and use of ERP systems, particularly HR-related modules.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and advisory skills.
• Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance and HR best practices.
