Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Partner with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Support leadership in driving employee productivity and performance.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Develop talent pipelines for future staffing needs.
  • Improve onboarding and employee integration programs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and corporate roles.

Employee Relations:

  • Handle disciplinary processes, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters.

Performance Management:

  • Support managers in addressing performance challenges.
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and goal-setting processes.
  • Monitor employee performance metrics and recommend improvement initiatives.

Learning & Development:

  • Promote continuous learning across the organization.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, CIPD) is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years progressive HR experience.
  • Experience within service, hospitality, FMCG, retail, logistics, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or HR Business Partner.

Skills & Competencies:

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Excellent employee relations and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Performance management and talent development expertise.
