• In this role, you will serve as the primary voice of our brand, engaging potential high-net-worth clients, qualifying leads, and driving interest in premier residential and commercial properties.
• We are seeking exceptionally articulate, highly persuasive, and results-driven Telemarketers to join our growing real estate firm.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM & Reporting: Maintain precise, up-to-date records of call interactions, lead status, and follow-up schedules within the database.
• Lead Generation & Outreach: Outbound calling to high-value prospective clients, investors, and leads to introduce featured property portfolios.
• Objection Handling: Confidently navigate client inquiries, address reservations, and turn cold or neutral leads into qualified prospects.
• Appointment Scheduling: Secure qualified consultation appointments and site visits for our Senior Real Estate Consultants.
• Client Engagement & Pitching: Present real estate opportunities clearly, articulately, and compellingly to build immediate rapport and interest.

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Communication Standards: Impeccable command of spoken and written English
• Exceptional Vocal Clarity: A naturally clear, well-articulated, polished, and pleasant vocal cadence suitable for engaging corporate and high-value clientele.
• Real Estate / Sales Insight: Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, or high-end real estate sales is strongly preferred.
• Professional Resilience: Firm, confident, and target-driven demeanor with high emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
• Persuasive Mastery: Outstanding negotiation, pitching, and persuasive skills with a proven ability to capture attention and convert conversations into action.
• Cadidate must reside around Jabi, Gwarimpa, jahi, Ukako or Kado
• B.Sc. Degree / HND / OND in any field (mass communication preferred)
