Renewable Energy Technology Training Institute (RETTI) was established to train, mentor, and provide work experience for youths who will drive the energy transition as skilled workers for the renewable energy industry and as entrepreneurs who directly deploy clean energy solutions. We equip clean energy technicians, developers, engineers, and employees. Research has shown the gap in the technical know-how of renewable energy engineers and handsmen. If people are trained on proper renewable energy technology design, its applications, and entrepreneurship, it will promote environmental sustainability and improve the economy through the creation of jobs.

Job Description
- The Human Resources Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in AJAH, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves supporting daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, record management, and HR documentation.
- The Human Resources Associate will coordinate recruitment activities, assist with performance management processes, and help organize training and development programs.
- The position also includes responding to employee inquiries, maintaining HR systems, preparing HR reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline with 1-2 years of HR experience.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft/Google Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and labour regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive, supportive, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
