We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s human resource functions, including recruitment, performance management, policy implementation, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations
  • The ideal candidate will ensure that HR practices support the company’s operational goals while fostering a productive and professional work environment.

Responsibilites

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes
  • Oversee performance management and staff evaluation processes
  • Support leadership in organizational development and workforce planning
  • Manage HR communications, staff queries, and internal policy enforcement
  • Coordinate training, professional development, and staff engagement initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports and recommendations for management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • High level of organization, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Experience managing HR processes in a structured corporate environment
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • 3 - 5 years experiencein HR management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and performance management systems
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
