Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom

Description
- The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s human resource functions, including recruitment, performance management, policy implementation, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations
- The ideal candidate will ensure that HR practices support the company’s operational goals while fostering a productive and professional work environment.
Responsibilites
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes
- Oversee performance management and staff evaluation processes
- Support leadership in organizational development and workforce planning
- Manage HR communications, staff queries, and internal policy enforcement
- Coordinate training, professional development, and staff engagement initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and recommendations for management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- High level of organization, discretion, and attention to detail
- Experience managing HR processes in a structured corporate environment
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- 3 - 5 years experiencein HR management or a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and performance management systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
