Ekris Bio Health Foods Nigeria Limited is an innovative, indigenous food manufacturing and packaging company proudly rooted in Nigeria. Our product development strategy focuses on unlocking a broad spectrum of applications for our nutritious flour blends across multiple food categories. Accordingly, we are specifically devoted to the research, development, and production of healthy alternative Swallows, Beverages, Cereals, and Confectionery products designed to promote improved dietary choices and overall well-being.

Although Elkris Foods was originally established in the United Kingdom, we strategically relocated operations to Nigeria to position the business within one of the world’s fastest-growing population hubs. With projections indicating that Nigeria will rank among the top three most populous nations globally by 2030, we recognize a significant opportunity to serve a rapidly expanding consumer base.

Job Description

• Are you a seasoned Human Resource professional with a passion for attracting top talent, developing employees, and driving organizational success? We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Human Resource Manager (HRM) to join our dynamic team at Elkris Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding, training, and staff development programs.
• Manage employee performance appraisal systems and career development initiatives.
• Oversee employee relations, engagement, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Advise management on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes productivity and employee satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management.
• Proven expertise in recruitment, staff training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and strategies that support business objectives.
