Job Description

• A Restaurant Audit Assistant verifies daily financial transactions, monitors cash and Point of Sale (POS) records, and reconciles inventory to prevent shortages.
• They support the senior auditor by identifying billing discrepancies, reviewing orders (voids and discounts), and preparing financial reports.

Core Responsibilities

• Revenue Reconciliation: Balance all POS transactions, cash receipts, and bank transfers against daily income reports.
• Transaction Review: Flag and investigate discrepancies, edited tickets, cancelled orders, and voided transactions.
• Inventory Control: Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records to detect waste, spoilage, or theft.
• Report Generation: Assist in preparing accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial summaries for management review.
• Compliance: Ensure staff adherence to cash-handling protocols, discount policies, and internal financial procedures.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 monthly.
