Job Title: Finance and Account Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and results-driven Finance & Account Manager to provide strategic financial leadership, strengthen financial controls, and support the Group's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury activities.
  • Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to Executive Management.
  • Coordinate external audits and liaise with tax and regulatory authorities.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
  • Supervise accounting operations, reconciliations, and statutory remittances.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the Finance and Accounts function across the Group.
  • Monitor business performance and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and reporting systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • ACA or ACCA qualification is mandatory.
