Job Position: Experienced Receptionist

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Type: Full time

Job Summary


  • As an Experienced Receptionist, vou will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring seamless front office operations,
  • You will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction will contribute to creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Candidates must have years of experience as a Receptionist in a hotel environment, preferably a 5•star hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest room assignments, and key cards
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate With Other departments to enhance guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance With hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and foreign exchange

Requirements

  • High school Diploma Or equivalent
  • 3-5 years Of experience as a Receptionist in hotel environment
  • Certification in hospitality or customer service (desirable)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, Including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English (additional languages beneficial)
  • Proficient in hotel operating systems Opera, Marriott)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
  • Certification in customer service or hospitality
  • Familiarity with property management systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
