We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Corporate Fund Analyst

Location: Victoria Island, Oniru Road - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • The Corporate Fund Analyst will support capital raising, fund structuring, transaction execution, and fund management activities. The role involves financial analysis, research, documentation, and coordination across funding and investment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in structuring investment funds and executing transactions (CP issuances, fundraising, listings)
  • Support preparation of investor presentations, funding proposals, and capital raising materials
  • Identify and evaluate funding opportunities from DFIs, institutional investors, and capital markets
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on transactions and funding activities
  • Conduct market research on funding sources, investment opportunities, and industry trends
  • Monitor fund performance and support investor reporting
  • Develop financial models, perform cash flow analysis, and support valuation of transactions
  • Prepare pitch decks, information memoranda, and related documentation

Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field with 2–4 years’ experience in financial advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or fund-related roles
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools
  • Good understanding of financial markets, capital markets, and development finance
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Preferred:

  • Experience in capital raising, transaction advisory, or fund structuring
  • Professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA, CFA) or in progress
