Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of event production, logistics, venue operations, and broadcast coordination, ensuring seamless delivery, operational excellence, and an exceptional experience for guests, partners, and stakeholders.
• We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Head of Production & Event Operations to lead the planning and execution of world-class events from concept to completion.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee event production, logistics, venue readiness, technical operations, and broadcast coordination.
• Identify operational risks and implement contingency plans to ensure event success.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, contractors, and venue partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop and implement operational plans, timelines, and budgets for all events.
• Build and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and scalable event systems.
• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of all events, ensuring flawless delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating event performance and enhancing operational processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Operations, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong project management, logistics, and operational planning skills.
• Proven experience delivering high-profile events within the events, entertainment, hospitality, or sports industry.
• Calm, decisive, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
• 5–8 years' experience managing large-scale events, live productions, or event operations.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• A systems thinker with the ability to create scalable processes and drive operational excellence.
