Job Title: The Oracle Fusion ERP Support & Integration Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Oracle Fusion ERP Support & Integration Specialist is responsible for supporting, maintaining, enhancing, integrating, securing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and related enterprise applications.
  • The incumbent will work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Internal Audit, Risk, and IT teams to deliver reliable ERP services, actionable insights, compliant access controls, and continuous process improvements.
  • The role provides technical and functional support, develops integrations and reports, manages ERP security and access controls, leverages analytics and AI capabilities, and ensures alignment with business requirements and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities
ERP Application Support:

  • Resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Support Oracle patching, testing, and release activities quarterly.
  • Support business users across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, and HR functions.
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.

Business Application Development:

  • Develop and maintain business applications and process automation solutions.
  • Support low-code/no-code and custom application development initiatives.
  • Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and hyper care support.
  • Analyse business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

ERP Integration Management:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration errors and interface failures.
  • Support integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP and external applications.
  • Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, FBDI, ADFDI, and related technologies.

SQL / PLSQL Development:

  • Support data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain SQL complex queries and PLSQL scripts.
  • Optimize SQL based reports’ performance.

Reporting, Analytics & Business Intelligence:

  • Support self-service reporting and data visualization initiatives.
  • Develop reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, and other reporting tools.
  • Deliver actionable business insights through analytics and business intelligence solutions.
  • Build dashboards and KPI monitoring solutions.

AI & Intelligent Automation:

  • Utilize AI technologies to improve operational efficiency, reporting, and user productivity.
  • Support AI-enabled analytics, anomaly detection, forecasting, and decision-support solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for AI adoption and process automation.

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC):

  • Administer role-based access controls (RBAC) within Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Support ERP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities.
  • Conduct periodic user access reviews and certification exercises.
  • Support audit requests and IT control assessments.
  • Maintain documentation of roles, responsibilities, approvals, and access management processes.
  • Manage user provisioning, role assignments, modifications, and de-provisioning.
  • Identify and remediate access conflicts and SoD violations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.

Qualifications

  • CISA, CIA or experience in internal audit function.
  • First Degree in related discipline.
  • Fluent in English.

Experience:

  • 3-7 years of experience which includes:
    • Business Application Development experience.
    • ERP application support experience.
    • Experience working in a medium organization.
