Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking smart, confident, and customer-focused Client Service Officers for our Lekki showroom. The ideal candidates will be responsible for attending to customers, promoting construction materials, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers professionally
• Promote and recommend construction materials and related products
• Provide customers with accurate product information and recommendations
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper product display and showroom cleanliness
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary
• Support inventory monitoring and showroom operations

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualification
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail is an added advantage
• Knowledge of construction or building materials is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Must reside in Lekki or nearby areas

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
