Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (3 days onsite)

Description


  • Ploutos Asset Management Limited is looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-orientated Client Service Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Assist clients with account opening, documentation, and account maintenance processes
  • Provide timely updates on products, services, and investment-related information
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient resolution of client requests
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support client onboarding and engagement initiatives
  • Monitor and follow up on client requests to ensure satisfactory resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, banking, asset management, or financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
