We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Marketing Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time position based in Lagos. The Commercial Manager will oversee the company's commercial strategy and business growth activities.
• Key responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, leading commercial negotiations, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and market opportunities.
• The role also involves overseeing contracts, managing teams, and analyzing market trends to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is an advantage) with 8+ years of Advertising Services experience
• Proficiency in Commercial Management and Business Planning
• Strong Analytical and Contract Management skills
• Team Management experience and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven track record in successfully leading revenue generation and business growth initiatives
• Experience in the media or sports industry is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
