Job Title: Promotional Marketing Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Promotional Marketing Officer to drive patient acquisition, expand our corporate network, and elevate our brand presence.
  • The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clinical excellence and the community by promoting specialized treatments like cataract surgeries, Retina Surgeries, Glaucoma surgeries, laser vision correction, and routine eye screenings.
  • We are an international specialist eye care facility dedicated to providing world-class optical and surgical health services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collateral Distribution: Create, manage, and distribute field marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and banners.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted promotional campaigns for specialized eye care packages, seasonal discounts, and specialized clinic services.
  • Corporate Partnerships: Identify, secure, and maintain strategic relationships with corporate entities and schools for Eye screening camps & referral networks.
  • Reporting: Track and submit daily or weekly performance reports on referral leads, event outcomes, and campaign ROI using MS Excel or CRM software.
  • Digital & Local Promotion: Support localized digital marketing initiatives and manage local community visibility.
  • Outreach & Field Marketing: Organize and coordinate community eye screening camps, corporate health talks, and neighborhood outreach programs to drive facility footfall.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Core Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and direct field-marketing negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally & interstate for mobile clinic activities and manage occasional weekend outreach events, conferences & other related activities.
  • Experience: 1–4 years of proven marketing experience, ideally within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or hospitality sectors.
  • Technical Savvy: High proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and familiarity with digital promotion channels.
  • Education: B.Sc., HND, or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
