Job Summary

• We’re seeking a Programs Marketing Associate to join our Demand Generation team, focusing on crafting and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams on lead communication strategies.
• Brainstorm new growth strategies.
• Identify conversion points and optimize user funnels.
• Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign spend and performance.
• Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing programs for funnel engagement.
• Measure and report on digital campaign performance against ROI and KPIs.
• Evaluate and advocate for emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Up-to-date with online marketing trends and best practices.
• Proficient in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, NetInsight, Heap).
• Experience with marketing automation software (Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Creative with experience in targeting audiences and creating engaging campaigns.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
