Marketing Manager

Job Summary

• The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving brand growth, developing impactful marketing campaigns, and enhancing market presence while ensuring consistent brand positioning.
• We are seeking experienced Marketing Managers to lead brand strategy and execution for our passenger vehicle (PV) business.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to drive awareness and market share.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize marketing activities.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and agency partners to execute marketing initiatives.
• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer marketing, and campaign management.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and marketing analytics tools is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
