Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in real estate marketing, land acquisition, and land verification processes.
  • This role requires a results-driven professional who can lead marketing initiatives, generate leads, and ensure all land-related transactions are properly vetted and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and land offerings
  • Identify and secure land acquisition opportunities aligned with company goals
  • Conduct and oversee land verification processes, including title checks, documentation review, and due diligence
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with agents, surveyors, government agencies, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategies
  • Generate and convert leads into sales opportunities
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all properties are free from encumbrances and comply with regulatory requirements
  • Plan and execute campaigns (digital, offline, and field marketing) to drive sales and brand visibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing, with strong exposure to the real estate industry
  • Ability to drive sales and meet targets
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven experience in land acquisition and land verification processes
  • Strong knowledge of property documentation (e.g., C of O, Gazette, Excision, Deed of Assignment, Survey Plan, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Salary / Benefits

  • N300,000 – N500,000 monthly (based on experience).
