Job Description

The Surface Facilities Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the design, engineering, construction, commissioning, operation, and optimization of oil and gas surface production facilities.
This role ensures facilities are safe, reliable, cost-effective, and compliant with regulatory and company standards while supporting production targets throughout the asset lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

5–10 years in engineering leadership or management.
Professional Engineering registration is an advantage.
Offshore and/or onshore facilities experience. Experience with EPC projects and commissioning.
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, Civil, or Process Engineering. Master's degree (preferred).
Experience in both greenfield and brownfield developments.
12–20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
