Job Summary

• As the IT Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, maintaining system security, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT processes and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, networks, and other IT infrastructure
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly
• Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance to ensure business continuity
• Support user onboarding, system administration, data backup, and information security processes

Requirements

• Professional certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or related IT certifications are an added advantage.
• 2 - 3 years' experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, networking, cybersecurity, and data backup procedures
