• Exhibit an operational mindset and run tight processes across teams

• 5+ years in partnerships, business development, corporate development or related field
• Experience negotiating commercial deals with banks and financial institutions
• Excellent communication and ability to influence executives
• Technical acumen to align product strategy with partner needs
• Experience developing partnership strategies and sourcing opportunities
• Able to work autonomously in fast-paced environments with ambiguity
