Assistant Controller (Remote, US)

???? Description

• Lead global audit management across all entities; liaison to external auditors
• Design and implement internal controls framework; drive SOX readiness
• Oversee GAAP close quality; identify gaps and exceptions
• Manage multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation and intercompany reconciliations
• Map data flows into NetSuite; collaborate with Eng to automate the close
• Deploy AI tools across accounting to eliminate manual work

???? Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience; director-level readiness
• Active CPA designation
• Public company experience
• Lead audits as primary liaison
• Hands-on technical accounting memo drafting
• SOX/internal controls design experience
• SQL or data querying skills; willing to learn
• NetSuite experience is a strong plus
