Tezza Business Solutions Limited is a leading Software Quality Assurance and Testing multinational with a regional office in Lagos, Nigeria. We are a Software Quality Assurance and Testing Services provider. Our primary goal is to be the "go to" Quality Assurance & Software Testing company in East and West Africa while developing offshore resources to fill test automation positions (and other hard to find software testing capabilities) in the North America and European markets.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js)

Location: Remote

Role Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React.js and Node.js to build scalable web applications and APIs.
You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, working closely with product, design, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

Integrate frontend applications with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS)
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA engineers
Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience building RESTful APIs
Experience with version control systems (Git)
3–5 years of professional software development experience
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices
Strong proficiency in React.js (hooks, state management, component architecture)
Solid backend experience with Node.js
