• Advise on GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and new global privacy rules for Figma products
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering on AI feature risks, including EU AI Act
• Draft and review data processing and data-sharing agreements
• Conduct privacy reviews and AI impact assessments for products
• Develop and maintain privacy and AI governance policies and standards
• Monitor regulatory developments and shape Figma's privacy/AI strategy

???? Requirements

• J.D. and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 4+ years advising on privacy and data protection at tech companies or law firms
• Deep knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and related global privacy regs
• Experience advising on AI/ML or other emerging tech products and governance
• Ability to translate complex legal/regulatory needs into practical guidance for teams
