Job Title: Stable Freelance Shift Operator (SO)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

To execute operational tasks during assigned shifts and ensure smooth service delivery within the organization’s operational framework.

Key Responsibilities

Manage shift of carers.
Monitor operational processes and ensure service continuity.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures.
Maintain operational records and reports.
Timely submission of Time sheets for carers.
Support service delivery and client support processes.
Perform assigned operational tasks during scheduled shifts.
Escalate operational challenges to supervisors.

KPIs

Incident reporting timeliness
Compliance with procedures
Service response time
Attendance and punctuality rate
Operational accuracy rate
Shift task completion rate

Qualifications

Prior operational or service delivery experience is an advantage.
Minimum of Diploma, Degree or relevant certification.

Core Competencies:

Attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, operational discipline.

Remuneration

Additional benefits; bonus on hours achieved on target.
Stipend: N120,000 / month
