Senior GTM Systems Manager

• Own the end-to-end GTM tech stack from lead gen to expansion.
• Design workflows across the customer lifecycle; architect Salesforce and GTM systems.
• Establish scalable governance, data standards, and GTM integrations.
• Identify and implement AI automations to reduce manual work.
• Design scalable processes across Marketing, Sales, CS, incl. lead management and forecasting.
• Build dashboards and reporting for executive decision-making and funnel analysis.

• 5+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Business Systems
• Deep Salesforce and GTM tools; design and manage complex GTM ecosystems
• Proven ability to build workflows, automations, and integrations at scale
• Experience supporting sales and post-sale across the full lifecycle
• Strong analytical skills; translate data into actionable recommendations
• Experience leveraging AI to improve operations and decision-making
