• Define and execute the GTM intelligence infrastructure.
• Translate data into GTM insights for leadership.
• Own deployment and change management for the AI GTM platform.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance leaders.
• Represent the intelligence function in executive forums and QBRs.
• Build and lead a high-performing GTM Engineering team.

???? Requirements

• 8+ years in analytics/strategy/BI or GTM ops with ownership.
• Hands-on AI and LLM tools implementation in business contexts.
• Proven ability to translate data into decisions that move leaders.
• Credible with VP/C-suite stakeholders; strong communication.
• Experience building and growing teams of analysts/technical contributors.
• Comfort operating in greenfield, ambiguous environments.
