Job Title: Premium HORECA Manager

Locations: West, South, East and North
Department: Sales / On-Trade (HORECA)
Cadre: Management
Grade Level:A
Directly Reporting To: Sales Director / Commercial Director
Supervises: Regional HORECA Managers / Key Account Managers

Purpose of Job

  • The role focuses on building strong relationships with high-value accounts, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across the country.
  • The Premium HORECA Manager is responsible fordeveloping and executing national strategies to drive growth within the premium on-trade (HORECA – Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) channel.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement national strategies for the premium HORECA channel.
  • Track performance and provide insights to management.
  • Manage budgets and ensure ROI.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key premium accounts.
  • Oversee brand activations and visibility initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for alignment.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts with HORECA partners.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Micro: Monthly.
  • Macro: Annual.

Job Requirements

  • Strong HORECA experience required.
  • Experience: 2 – 5years in FMCG, preferably wines & spirits.
  • Education: First Degree / HND.
