• 8+ years in compliance, financial crimes, or risk assessment.
• Led large-scale risk assessments; influenced senior stakeholders.
• Deep AML/CFT, sanctions, TM, CRS, and risk management expertise.
• Designed threat assessment frameworks and TM/CRS reviews.
• Exec-quality reports; data analysis; Excel, SQL, AI tools.
• Crypto-forward mindset; understands crypto products and ecosystem risk.
• Uses generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.
