• Hands-on execution; independent IC; multi-stakeholder plans.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling; distill complex topics.
• Systems and infrastructure builder; design and scale PMO models.
• 3+ years in high-growth tech or fintech environments.
• Deep cross-functional partnership with Eng, Product, Legal, Compliance, GTM.
