We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Enterprise Digital Marketing and Sales Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Summary

  • This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing and B2B enterprise sales—owning the full funnel from digital demand generation through to closed-won ERP consulting engagements.
  • The Enterprise Digital Marketing and Sales Officer is responsible for driving qualified enterprise leads and revenue growth for the company's ERP consulting, implementation, and deployment services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Develop and manage the company's digital content calendar—case studies, whitepapers, webinars, product demos, and thought-leadership content on ERP trends and digital transformation.
  • Manage social media presence and enterprise brand positioning across relevant B2B platforms (primarily LinkedIn).
  • Convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and manage them through the enterprise sales pipeline.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and webinars to generate leads and build brand visibility.
  • Run account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting specific enterprise accounts and industry verticals.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, RFP responses, and commercial quotations for ERP consulting and deployment engagements.
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing) targeted at enterprise decision-makers (CFOs, COOs, IT Directors, CIOs).
  • Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and solution presentations/demos for prospective enterprise clients evaluating ERP solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue targets.
  • 2–4 years of combined experience in B2B digital marketing and enterprise sales, ideally within ERP, SaaS, IT consulting, or enterprise software industries.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, Sage) is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into action.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, paid social advertising, and email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, including PowerPoint and deck-building for client presentations.

Salary
N200,000 / month
