Talentfactory - Our client, in the hospitality, food and cinema industry, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify innovative digital marketing opportunities that enhance customer experience and strengthen the Genesis Group brand.
  • Optimize website and digital content for search engines (SEO) and support Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Business Development, and Brand teams to promote campaigns, product launches, events, seasonal offers, and corporate initiatives.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that support the Group's business objectives and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Monitor campaign performance using digital analytics tools and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain the Group's digital content calendar and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
  • Execute paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms to maximize reach and return on investment.
  • Coordinate content production, including photography, videography, and graphic design, to ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, reels, photography, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
  • Monitor social media conversations, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online community engagement in line with the Group's brand voice.
  • Manage and grow the Group's social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple social media platforms for a corporate brand or agency.
  • Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • 2 - 4 years proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Brand Marketing.
  • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A good understanding of the hospitality, restaurant, cinema, entertainment, or retail industry is an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and website performance metrics.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar) is an added advantage.
