Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Hotel)

Job Description

  • The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales, executing marketing activities, generating qualified leads, and promoting the Hotel's offerings across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Acquisition:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Present options, pricing, and documentation clearly.
  • Generate and convert leads to active buyers.
  • Handle objections and follow up until sales are closed.
  • Conduct hotel inspections and guide clients on-site.

Lead Management & Conversion:

  • Maintain timely and professional follow-up routines.
  • Respond to inquiries on phone, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms.

Marketing Execution:

  • Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, roadshows, and activations.
  • Promote hotel through online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Create or support content creation for social media, flyers, and property ads.

Market Research & Intelligence:

  • Provide weekly reports on customer feedback, market opportunities, and marketing performance.
  • Monitor hotel market trends and competitor activities.
  • Suggest new marketing ideas to increase visibility and sales.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Follow up on documentation, payments, and allocation processes.
  • Ensure excellent customer service during and after sales.

Brand Promotion:

  • Represent the company professionally during inspections, meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all promotional activities.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Customer satisfaction & referral rate.
  • Lead-to-sale conversion rate
  • Number of inspections conducted
  • Lead generation volume and quality
  • Monthly sales target achievement

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 – 5 years of experience in real estate sales and/or marketing.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • Strong selling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
