Job Title: Digital Marketing Officer

Job Summary

  • Proforce Intelligence Systems Limited is seeking a creative, results driven, and experienced Digital Marketer to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support business growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media management, content creation, SEO, paid advertising, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and protect the company's online reputation by responding appropriately to customer inquiries and online feedback.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with the company's branding guidelines and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality digital content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development, Sales, and Technical teams to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Manage the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and customer relationship engagement initiatives.
  • Optimize the company's website for search engines (SEO) and improve organic search rankings.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on digital marketing performance, campaign ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Generate qualified leads through digital channels to support business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or related certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Minimum of 3 - 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent content writing, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • Experience using content management systems such as WordPress.
