Job Summary


  • The Content & Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing compelling digital content, managing the organization's social media presence, and driving brand growth through creative storytelling and digital marketing initiatives.
  • The role focuses on increasing audience engagement, strengthening brand visibility, and building an active online community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish engaging digital content, including graphics, videos, reels, captions, and promotional materials across social media platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and business objectives.
  • Repurpose content into multiple formats to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage content calendars, scheduling, and daily social media publishing.
  • Monitor audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and online interactions.
  • Track content performance and prepare reports on engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop scripts, captions, hooks, and calls-to-action for marketing campaigns and digital content.
  • Contribute creative ideas and storytelling concepts to support brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Support the execution of digital marketing strategies, influencer collaborations, and audience growth campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and platform updates to optimize content performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication,English, Media Studies, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing business or brand social media accounts.
