Technical Operator (Plastic Production)

Location: Ibeju-lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and production standards.
• Operate and monitor Blow/Injection Molding machines.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Carry out quality checks on finished products.
• Detect and report major machine faults or production issues.
• Set up machines, adjust parameters, and ensure smooth production operations.

Requirements

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.
• HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from a reputable Nigerian Polytechnic.
• Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with industrial machinery.
• Basic understanding of plastic processing and machine operations.
• No prior experience is required. However, experience in Injection or Blow Molding Machine Operation would be an added advantage.
