Job Title: Metallurgical Engineer

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Quality Control and Production teams to improve product performance.
Analyze chemical composition and mechanical properties of steel products.
Promote continuous process improvement.
Investigate metallurgical defects and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare technical reports and process documentation.
Monitor steelmaking processes to achieve production and quality targets.
Monitor furnace operations and process parameters.
Ensure compliance with metallurgical standards and specifications.
Participate in research and development of new steel grades.
Support process optimization and yield improvement initiatives.

Requirements
