Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc is the premier, largest and most profitable, non-aligned Primary Mortgage Bank in Nigeria. Role Overview

The Private Banking Officer will be responsible for managing the financial needs of high-net-worth individuals, providing tailored banking solutions, investment advisory, and wealth management services while maintaining strong, lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities & Competencies

Manage client portfolios, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities
Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
Drive deposit mobilization and contribute to the bank’s growth strategy.
Build, manage, and grow client relationships through tailored investment and wealth management solutions
Deliver personalized banking and financial advisory services to high-net-worth clients in the public sector

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in private banking or wealth management, preferably with a focus on the public sector
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks
Good understanding of compliance requirements, including AML and KYC protocols.
