Job Title: Sales Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to provide strategic, administratve and sales support to the Group Executive Assistant.
  • The ideal canidate must possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives as required.
  • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Track projects and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.

Requirements
Education:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as Sales Executive Assistant or in a similar executive support role.

Skills:

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Ability to dive sales in strategic locations and applying staff coordination
