Outdoor Sales Representative

Job Summary

• The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to promote and sell high-end products through field-based customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
• Conduct product presentations and educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Promote and sell the company's high-end products to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and market prospecting.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or business development.
• Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience selling luxury or high-end products is an added advantage.
