We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Manager

Locations: Mainland, Ajah, Lakowe and Environs - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Are you passionate about sales, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth? Do you have FMCG sales experience and enjoy working in the field? If yes, we'd love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising across customer outlets.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and provide timely market intelligence.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of key account management and retail sales.
  • Must be familiar with the preferred territory (Mainland or Ajah, Lakowe & Environs).
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales objectives.
