We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of the organization’s facilities.
This role ensures that all physical assets, infrastructure, and support services are functioning optimally to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery
Handle emergency situations and ensure proper response procedures are in place
Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and service activities
Ensure uninterrupted utilities (power, water, HVAC, etc.) and proper functioning of equipment.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Monitor and manage facility budgets, expenses, and cost control initiatives
Supervise facility staff and provide leadership and performance management
Coordinate space management, office layout, and renovations where necessary

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management tools.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in facility or operations management
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations
