Job Summary

• We are recruiting Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) for a top banking institution in Lagos.
• The role involves driving sales and marketing activities to achieve set targets, develop customer relationships, and promote the bank’s products and services.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned sales/marketing targets.
• Work closely with the team to achieve branch goals.
• Identify and engage potential customers to open accounts and use banking products.
• Provide excellent customer service and relationship management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of proven sales / marketing experience.
• NCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc. Degree qualification.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
