We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Training Coordinator - Dana Motors

Location: Oshodi-Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to deliver technical training to technicians, service advisors, and workshop controllers on the diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and proper handling of all Kia models, including Electric Vehicles (EV), Hybrid, and CNG vehicles.

Qualifications

2–3 years of technical training experience within an OEM, distributor, dealership, or automotive training institution.
Professional automotive certifications will be an added advantage.
OEM technical certifications and trainer certifications are preferred.
Experience working with EV, Hybrid, and CNG vehicles is highly desirable.
B.Sc Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
5–7 years of automotive technical experience.

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in the use of automotive diagnostic tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle technology.
