We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Sales Agent

Locations: Lagos, Ogun, Oyo (Field-based)

Job Summary

  • This is a field-based role, not a desk job. You will be out in the field daily.
  • You will be the face of VivaFemini on the ground, engaging women directly, driving app installs, and converting users into active subscribers.
  • We are seeking energetic, target-driven Field Sales Agents based in Lagos / Ogun / Oyo to join our frontline growth team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the "eyes and ears" of VivaFemini in the field, gather user feedback and market intelligence
  • Pitch and demonstrate the VivaFemini app to women in markets, offices, salons, churches, schools, and community gatherings
  • Identify, approach, and engage potential users across assigned territories in Lagos/Ogun/Oyo
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with users to ensure retention
  • Guide new users through app download, account creation, and onboarding
  • Follow up with users to encourage activation and conversion to paying subscribers
  • Maintain accurate daily and weekly records of user sign-ups and activities

Requirements
Education:

  • HND / B.Sc in any discipline is an added advantage
  • Minimum of an OND / SSCE certificate

Experience:

  • No prior sales experience? Full training provided for the right candidates
  • 1 – 2 years experience in field sales, direct sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience in FMCG, agent banking, or digital product sales is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

  • Resilient and persistent; comfortable with rejection
  • Professional and represents the brand with integrity
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficient with smartphones and digital tools
  • Good knowledge of Lagos routes and locations
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

  • Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): N150,000 – N300,000+ per month
  • Performance Commission: Uncapped (based on verified installs and conversions)
  • Performance Bonus: Bonuses for top performers
  • Base Salary: N80,000 – N150,000 per month
